Dresden had a lot of fun getting into character, after only one minor "NO! I don't want to be MAX!!!" scare where he tried to rip off his costume. Somehow, I worked my magic and got him to put it back on, and he never looked back. He's excited to put his costume back on and go Trick or Treating tonight; I am SOOOO excited about this Halloween because he will totally "get" it this year!!! Last year he was unsure of what he was doing, but this year will be awesome. And he has the perfect disposition of cantankerous Max, so it was an apropos choice of costume!
